I don’t rush through our sessions. We will take time to talk about what’s important to you. We will discuss the latest evidenced based pharmacological options as well as holistic ways to treat your symptoms. I practice from a strengths based PERSPECTIVE and believe in you every step of your journey.

What you can expect from our first session
I really want to get to know you (more than just your diagnosis or meds). For medication management, I will encourage you to track your symptoms closely and alert me with any adverse side effects. I will discuss any labs needed, provide extensive medication education and health promotion ideas. We can also incorporate some Brief Cognitive Therapy if you’re not already seeing a therapist. I want you to be completely satisfied with your session and always welcome feedback!
