Where are you located?
We’re based in Long Beach, California. All sessions are provided virtually and

How do virtual sessions work?
You’ll receive a personalized Doxy.me video link. No downloads or accounts are needed—just use a browser on a device with a camera and microphone.
Is my information private and secure?
Yes. All sessions are encrypted and HIPAA-compliant to ensure confidentiality and data protection.
Can I book a session if I live outside of California?
Unfortunately, no. We’re only licensed to see clients who are physically located in California during their sessions.
Do you diagnose and treat ADHD?
Yes. We use a clinical interview, standardized ADHD rating scales, and screening tools. We do not offer formal psychological testing.
Do you prescribe stimulant medications?
Yes, we can prescribe controlled substances via telemedicine (as permitted by current DEA rules). We monitor prescriptions through CURES and follow strict safety protocols.
What’s the difference between a Psychiatrist and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner?
Both are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Numerous studies show comparable outcomes. You’ll receive compassionate, expert care from either provider type.
What ages do you treat?
We treat children ages 10 and up, adolescents, and adults. We do not specialize in geriatric psychiatry.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. A free 15-minute consultation helps you decide if we’re a good fit before completing intake paperwork.
What happens after I schedule?
You’ll receive a secure client portal link to complete your intake forms and consents before your first session.
How long are appointments?
Initial evaluations are 60–90 minutes. Follow-up medication management sessions are typically 30–45 minutes.
Will my sessions feel rushed?
Never. We prioritize your time and ensure each session is thoughtful, respectful, and unrushed.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We offer affordable self-pay options for clients without insurance or those who prefer to pay out of pocket.
What are your session rates?
Initial sessions: $200
Follow-ups: $100
Late cancellations/no-shows: $75
We accept PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle
Do you accept government insurance?
No, we do not accept Medicaid/Medi-Cal, Medicare, TRICARE, or ChampVA at this time.
What happens during the first session?
We’ll discuss your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. You’ll be part of every decision using a collaborative, whole-person approach to care.
