Initial Contact
Reach out to me directly through the contact form or by phone. I’ll gather some basic information and learn more about your needs.
Consultation
We’ll meet for a comprehensive assessment to explore your mental health goals and develop a treatment plan that works for you.
Treatment
We’ll begin your individualized treatment plan, which may include psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of both—based on what’s best for you.
Follow-Up Care

Insurance Verification
If you'd like to use insurance, I work with Headway, a trusted platform that verifies your insurance benefits and provides cost information before your first session—so there are no surprises.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens—I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee.

What is nature-based psychiatry?
Nature-based psychiatry integrates traditional psychiatric practices with therapeutic approaches that harness the healing power of nature. This may include outdoor therapy sessions, mindfulness practices in natural settings, and incorporating elements of nature into the treatment plan.
How are your virtual sessions conducted?
You will receive a personalized link for Doxy.me to join the video call. There is no need to download software or create an account. Just use a browser on a computer or device with a camera and microphone.
How do you keep my info private and secure?
All data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous. We adhere to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) The HIPAA Security Rule requires appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of electronic protected health information (ePHI)
Can you see clients in other states?
We are only licensed in CA at this time. Clients must be located in CA at the time of their session.
What ages do you treat?
We are experienced in child and adolescent psychiatry and treat children ages 10+. We do not have experience in geriatrics.

I only see clients on Thursdays from 4-6pm, Fridays from 12-6pm and Saturdays 10am-6pm. I check voicemails and emails daily and respond within 24 hours.
